Love Everyone, especially yourself

for you are the one that makes today possible

Acknowledge the small moments, but allow the great ones

as each moment is an opportunity for a miracle

Be Grateful for all, as gratitude is nourishment for the soul

and we are all simply reflections of each other

Stand in silence and embrace strength from the quiet within
